Given product availability, orders placed before 10AM EST business days Monday to Friday, will be shipped same day.
All orders are shipped via method selected. For our international customers, we advise you to read our shipping policies on international shipping and customs information.
OUR SHIPPING RATES
Shipping in U.S.A and International are calculated based on live rates provided by USPS based on number of pieces and weight. Shipping by USPS Regular Mail Takes 5 Business Days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times for international orders are 5 to 10 Business Days approximate only. Your order will have to clear your country's customs before delivery which depends on their current processing times.
In Style Sunglasses has no control over, nor can we predict current processing times at customs in your country.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges, if any must be paid by the customer. Instyle Sunglasses has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost.
Customs policies vary depending upon country current custom laws and regulation; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
ORDER SHIPPED IN USA
If your order was shipped in U.S.A. and arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll provide a replacement shade of same value, subject to their availability. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please allow 15 business days for delivery before contacting us as this is the requirements for postal services company.
If you were not at home at time of delivery please check front porch as this is
general policy of postal driver to leave package in front of house.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If your order was shipped to Canada, or outside U.S.A America , the cost of goods are insured against loss or damage. Please contact us for further details.
RETURNS
For returns or exchanges must be made with 10 days of receiving the products. Please email us the nature of problem and we will issue tracking number along with return address. Any good shipped without RMA Number will be charged 15% restocking fees.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH NO TAGS REMOVED AND MUST BE SENT WITH PAPER WORK IT CAME WITH.
Any goods lost in transit while return sunglasses is customer's responsibility. Please send with tracking and insurance.
